It's supposed to be a gated community, but gates are stuck open 90% of the time. Due to gates stuck open. Our brand new 7000.00 trailer was stolen off the parking lot. From a parking spot we paid extra for by monthly. Management acted like it wasn't a big deal! People don't clean up their dogs feces and management could careless. Speaking of management....what a joke! Neighbors are rude. Parking is horrendous. Not enough of it!! Can't wait until the lease is up!
I enjoyed living there. We lived there for almost 2 years. Very quiet and no issues. The office crew was awesome! Courtney was an amazing young lady and helped in whatever way she could.
My family and i had such a great experience living at the willows. We stay for 2 1/2 years. They staff was friendly and helpful. When my husband deployed to Afghanistan and left me with our 8 month old baby. I had no family in Colorado but the staff made sure i new if i every need some thing l can count on them!
Love and miss the Willows!
So, In reading this post and the one on apartments.com, I have to say I'm honestly shocked. I've lived here for 3 years now and have never seen such a poor display from a tenant. When you moved in, you were given parking passes for you vehicles, and you chose to not take the 10 seconds to hang it from your car(as the apartment.com says "sticker??")
