The staff is helpful and understanding. The management company however is awful. All they care about is uping your rent every opportunity they get for an unrenovated apartment. Regardless of how good the tenant is. They are out of touch, our car has been stolen twice out of gated apartment complex, we run into naked ppl under the stair well. Found kids in our patio, garages and storage get closets get broken into. Non tenants always tying up the recreational areas.

Love the place, love the people, love the staff. I just love it
The only bad part was the parking. Sometimes we would have to park outside the gate because there just aren't enough parking spaces, or if you found one it was so far away from your apartment, parking outside the gate was actually closer.
