I write without hyperbole: The Wild Pansy did an absolutely outstanding job arranging floral bouquetsfor my dad's memorial service. The bouquets framed my dad's portrait on a center table, in place of cremains. The bouquets were the perfect blend -- an emulsionreally -- of a wild and stately aesthetic. I ordered the Make-A-Wish bouquet and spent an additional $20 to make it a premium bouquet but what I received is absolutely not premium quality. Very poor quality, lacking flowers, and overall I’m just extremely disappointed. It looks nothing like the picture and is just lacking.
Phenomenal customer service! The day of delivery they didn’t have tulips of the quality they expect. So they gave us a stellar substitution….and still delivered tulips (free of additional charge) later in the week….when they had a higher quality product. They did this all on their own with no prompting from us…..very impressive!
My daughter was married in August 2025 and chose The Wild Pansy as her florist. I cannot express how happy we were with the flowers that Annie created! The brides bouquet was gorgeous, the bridesmaids bouquets were picture perfect, the boutonnières looked fantastic on the groom and his grooms men. Oh my gosh the flowers for the venue were absolutely spectacular and looked stunning in the Hilton Crystal Ballroom.
