Our coffee shop is grounded in a simple approach - single origin beans, locally roasted. We partner with Colorado roasters because we love where we live and those who work to make it great. We make our own syrups using as many local ingredients as we can find. Our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus align with our core values of community building and making connections. Great food, coffee, beer, and wine set against a backdrop of sweet people, a warm atmosphere and excellent music.
What a neat place...great food, solid wine list, and awesome atmosphere. We went to see #LostLuggage play and totally enjoyed the evening! We will be back!
Stopped by just after Christmas. From KC, visiting family in the Springs. Absolutely loved the vibe of the place! We showed up 1/2hr before close and were warmly welcomed and served. One of the waitstaff politely went table to table and reminded patrons of the approaching close. Very tasteful. The brew was excellent, and the atmosphere was the same. Looking forward to many return visits every time we are out to the Springs. Have a friend from KC who just relocated to the Springs, recommended the place very highly to him!
Such a fun experience every time. One of my favorite places in town!

What’s more, the other owner, Yemi,... read more
