How unorganized and horrible that parents didn’t get to see their own children graduate due to your staff not doing their job correctly.
Lies. Rudeness. Unprofessionalism. These 3 words can somewhat describe the staff that were working the venue on 6-10-18 for the Swartz Creek High School Graduation. Lying to their boss about checking tickets, when in fact 100's of parents have stated that tickets were not checked. The Director (no idea of her name) telling me that she was in charge and she was the boss when I asked for the contact person above her. I would never recommend them.How unprofessional of them not to do the right thing by the parents that couldn't see their kids graduate. how hard was it to check tickets complete laziness is what it is. never will i go to their again for anything nor will i tell people to go there!!!!!!! i hope the parents do something about this. they let them miss something they will never get back and to call the cops and let the parents get arrested that was very low !!!!! i hope your happy you just lost some businesses !!!!
6.10.2018 If I could leave no stars I would. Beautiful venue, totally ruined by rude and incompetent staff. Parents of graduates, police escorted off the property and unable to watch their student(s) graduate, due to lack of seating. A problem caused due to staff not checking tickets at the door! Just need to be really clear and say that the Swartz Creek Highschool Commencement Ceremony was an absolute disgrace. My ticket was not checked, nor were those of the people that entered with me. I am saddened for the families that were robbed of this precious moment.
Absolutely disgusted by the outcome of Swartz Creek High School’s 2018 Commencement Ceremony held here. It’s bad enough that a venue was chosen that can’t accommodate all the graduate’s family. But then to not even check tickets? Instead they used clickers to count capacity—they should have known in advance that that wouldn’t do them any good if/when they reached capacity and they still had ticket-holders to be let in.
