Last night at RENT the employees at the ticket window were very rude and unprofessional. I had bought main floor tickets - row D seats 103-111. An usher checked our tickets and sent us down there for us to find other people in our seats - well come to find out - the tickets i picked out online ; even though i handpicked the main floor on the map- got switched to balcony seating.
