The Whiting is a beautiful venue with exceptional staff. I have always had a great experience there. I have nothing but the best to say about The Whiting and its staff!!
Not happy with how they have handle graduation ceremonies held at their Venue. School are passing out just enough tickets to get family in and than they don’t even check tickets leaving some with tickets unable to attend their children’s graduation. Shame. And then lie and say they were checking tickets. Using a counter/clicker is not the same. Whiting owes creek an apology.
How horrible to not be able to watch your own child graduate. I would be FURIOUS! After hearing this story I will not be attending The Whiting.
Staff does not check tickets very well just uses a click counter.

Used to love this place but all good things must come to an end I suppose. I was heartbroken to see so many mistakes made by their staffs incompetence resulting in parents not being allowed to attend their graduates ceremony. You don’t graduate high school twice so anything they do to compensate has no bearing on the end result in my opinion. Watching the videos of how the upset parents were treated and/or escorted away by the police is an insult to our community. Who wouldn’t be irate? No one checked tickets the entire time... read more
Can’t take responsibility for their screw up with the Swartz creek graduation
Ruined Swartz Creek graduation by not checking tickets at the door! Left many families unable to see their children walk for a once in a lifetime event! Those responsible should be without a job! ���
