We love this place! Excellent food and excellent service!
Had New Years Eve dinner with 4 others on our way out for the evening,2 of us ordered the 'land and sea' "Special"on 1 the lobster tasted strongly of Ammonia and on the other the steak literally smelled like shit(poop)yea for real!!! After complaining,the waitress she returned offering the chefs apologies and offered a diff.steak based dinner,fine ok! Outstanding! We loved it here. Definitely worth the drive. Food and service were fantastic.
We walked in starving after a day of holiday madness, no reservation, party of three (two vegetarians ). There was a 30+min wait for a table but the eagle eye of the hostess spotted a table opening in the bar area and we were quickly seated. Butternut squash soup A+, shaved Brussel sprout salad - devoured, kale salad, vanished, fish n chips perfect. Poached pear dessert was a wonderful finish for our day. Staff -super attentive.
