So disappointed tonight--had made a reservation for seating on the deck to celebrate our 42nd anniversary, and instead they tried to put us at a small table in the very noisy dining room. Not our idea of a romantic dinner. Left.
Good service, good food & good atmosphere!! The cheesecake was out of this world.
I really like the White Horse, this was Our 5th time there. I guess it was an off night for the waitresses. I asked about the promotion appetizer on Facebook , which She acted like She never heard of , We also were not told of any specials or offered another drink. A little disappointed , otherwise the food was good .
Disappointing experience. Food tastes OK, nothing special. The service however is horrendous. I went at 4:00pm (only three people at the bar, and two tables outside, each with two people). I ordered two regular sandwiches-to go, and it took almost 45 minutes to get them. I can't even imagine how much time it would take for the food to arrive at our table, during a busy lunch or diner time. As I don't have this much time to wait around for simple food, I will not go back to this restaurant.
While staying in Warren last summer we frequented the White Horse Tavern many times. Loved the food, creekside dining and the atmosphere. Great place .
Loved the food and the sound of the water.wonderful place.
Been there several times the favorite hang out and delicious food crabcakes are next to none
