We have looked at MANY Bridal Shops-THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND SO NICE!!! THE BEST IN TOWN- They made things FUN- THIS IS MY RECOMMENDATION to ANYONE who is looking for a wedding dress-- ASK FOR SARAH!!!

Customer Service was very poor, both times I have been in this shop. The first time I thought it was because I just did not make an appointment so I made an appointment for a later time. Walking in I felt very unwelcome like I was just a hassle. Their dresses are nice and the place is nice, but when looking for a wedding gown this was not the experience I was looking for what so ever.
In my opinion this bridal shop is the best in Wichita! I would recommend this place to any bride looking for their perfect dress! They have their dresses out on the floor for you and one of your guests to look through and pick out the ones you like! If you do go make sure you have Beth helping you cause she was so helpful, patient and made me feel like i could take my time! She really felt like just a friend helping me pick out a dress!

My appointment went amazing and I left with my dream dress within a hour and a half! It was the first dress I tried and already new it was the one! And it fit me perfect as well! The staff were so wonderful in assisting me with choosing dresses to try on, and made it a fun and easy experience. Will go back for any formal dress needs in the future!
We went in on a last minute and the staff was so nice. They pulled dresses and we had The Dress in twenty minutes! This is the only place to get your dress!
Shopped here yesterday with my daughter for her wedding dress. She felt very comfortable with Megan, the consultant she worked with 1:1. She felt Megan was respectful of our price point, my daughters preferred style, and made sure she was comfortable at all times. 'She said YES to the dress' after only trying on 6!! The dress was perfect, and my daughter was very pleased! The woman who we assumed was the store owner/manager was not as friendly, and very 'direct' when she spoke with you. Overall a great experience!!
