My experience at the white dress was very positive! I had a relatively short engagement and they were really flexible with scheduling appointments when I needed them. The seamstress they recommend also added sleeves to my dress and they turned out beautifully! Very happy with my overall experience and would recommend to anyone who asks!

The White Dress was by far the best experience when shopping for my wedding gown. Excellent customer service! My consultant spent time allowing me to try on several styles of dresses and was very patient while I worked to make a decision. I had the most wonderful experience at The White Dress! The staff was wonderful and so helpful. My consultant was so patient while I was trying on dresses. She made me feel special and helped me pick out the perfect dress as I explained to her what I liked about each of the ones I had tried on. My mom and sister and I really loved our time there as we got to enjoy making memories together. I decided on my dress in February and had two alterations with Barb. Many moms I know have had problems with this store. They only get one star because my daughter loved her dress in the end. I had to go out of my comfort zone and get pushy for that to be the case. The staff are wonderful at first but it goes downhill quickly once you've paid for the dress. Like the other review they only offer one seamstress to alter dresses. She was a shrew. After terrible customer service I find that my daughter's dress did not have to be that expensive. Plus, the lady who altered the bridesmaid's dresses ... read more
