I had a terrible experience at my appointment. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Nobody knew who was supposed to take my appointment or where they would fit me and my guests. The girl assigned to me was trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible so she could go on her break, and she didn’t work to find me anything I liked. I tried on 5 dresses, none of which I liked, then they told me there was nothing else within my budget that would work for me.
I had such a wonderful experience finding my dress at The White Dress Bridal. Madeline was fantastic! The whole experience felt very personal and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. The atmosphere is very fun and comfortable. Thanks so much for adding to my big day!!!
They have some very stunning dresses! I thought the staff was polite and helpful in trying to find something that was flattering, yet comfortable. They weren’t too busy while we were there, so after I’d found my dress my daughter was able to try on a few flower girl dresses. Overall we had a wonderful, stress-free experience! I would definitely recommend them! ☺️
Such a fun boutique! The staff was so helpful and patient while helping me try on dresses. I found the most beautiful wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses! I couldn’t be more thankful for all their help!

From the minute we walked in the door it was chaos, we had no idea what we were supposed to do, we started looking at dresses and then we were scolded because only one person was allowed to even look and we were asked to sit down. The attendant was new and had no idea what she was doing. After 4 dresses in, I went to look for dresses myself because she wasn't having any that we asked for as style. My experience was less than satisfactory. I scheduled an appointment and felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The customer service was lacking, almost entirely. My consultant was not knowledgeable in the slightest. I was hoping to have my consultant pull dresses she thought would look the best on my figure, she basically just told me and my guests to go search through the dresses and find a couple to try on.
