I have a wonderful doctor and nurse, but this one individual who sits at the front desk of the lab is very nasty. I didn't get her name but she has a 5 o'clock shadow. This is not the first time she's been rude and unprofessional. My guess is, no one ever complains because their used to people being rude. The other two were ok.
Beautiful place and staff is very helpful and super nice
My husband has pneumonia and BP issues. We drive 1 hr to see his primary care doctor. We show up for a 1 o'clock and they tell us they moved it to 3pm. They then proceed to make us sit for 2 hrs in a room till they choose to make time to see him. He was sick for the last threr weeks and the staff played interference by down playing his illness and his need to speak to a medical provider ... While we decided to go to the ER for days prior.
