This is honestly, the most unprofessional place that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I will never be calling them again. I was referred to this individual by town fair tire in Rocky Hill, who indicated that my rim should be able to be fixed. However, the individual became belligerent on the phone and furthermore refused business. He demanded to know how the service tech at Town Fair Tire would know that the rim needed to be fixed. This is the place you need to go if you have any wheel damage or need a new coat. Ishmael got back to my email right away and took the wheels from my 2011 STI right when i showed up. Had them resurfaced and powder coated in a few hours and they look better than anything new I could buy. One wheel had a serious gash and i have no idea which one. 10/10 service and will definitely be back with my calipers.
I can’t thank Ishmael and his team enough for their outstanding service. They accommodated me on extremely short notice to repair a curbed wheel on my BMW M2 CS before an upcoming rally, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The repair was completed while I waited, everyone I interacted with was wonderful, and the finished result was flawless — the wheel looks better than new. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-quality wheel repair work.
I had a tiny dent on my hood that drove me crazy looking at as the car is only 1 year old with 9000 miles on it. Scheduled Will from the wheel shop to come to my job and fix it in the company parking lot. Really skeptical the he would be able to fix this tiny dent. Let me tell you he did an amazing job.
