Experience in room on pleasant room overpriced. Room was beside elevator shafts which kept us awake all night with the noise from the elevator shaft TV remote malfunctioned AC and heat not working properly combination safe worked poorly pretty poor showing for first time staying there with approximately another 150 fellow retirees and Friends
great hotel! everyone employee is so nice! and it is in the perfect location!!
Had a lovely 8-night stay with our two Goldens. There are 4 great strengths to this hotel: unfailingly helpful and professional staff across the services. Second, Bellhops in particular very welcoming and friendly to our dogs, as was the general manager. Third, the waterfront location is great. Fourth, the bromine pool and whirlpool are perfect, as well as gym They just need to be open for a bit longer at night.
