One of my favourite hotels in Nova Scotia. Check in is quick, efficient and friendly. Customer service is friendly. Love the location, view of the cruise port, Pier 21, farmer’s market, grocery store nearby, Science Centre across the street, Halifax waterfront is beautiful, next door to the train station, lots of great restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely return at the next opportunity. Oh yes, it is part of the Marriott Bonvoy family of hotels…loyalty pays.🥂 to more stays there.

I booked this hotel for a professional conference, expecting a clean, safe, and reliable stay. Unfortunately, what I encountered was far from acceptable. My room had visible growth on the ceiling—enough to make me physically ill and prevent me from attending more than one conference session. For a stay that cost me over $500 CAD per night, this was completely unjustifiable.
