Disappointing. Westin hotels should be offering+ experience. Dated, I can live with. Mold and the excuses for it, no. The washrooms are tiny tiny, and tile is easily 25+ yrs old. I waited 40+ min during a weekday morning for fresh towels. Being late to leave, could not make it to breakfast before I went where I was needed and late for conference.
