Their breakfast croissants are great and the strawberry mint refresca is really great.
The Westin in Birmingham was rude and unprofessional in how they dealt with my booking. Never book through a third party site as they will not help but still take your money. My room was booked and paid for as the site said 18 and up. When I arrived, I was denied my room because they said 21 and up, and im only 20. They treated me so poorly, but they still marked my stay as complete to get paid. No one wanted to help me, but they sure wanted my 330 dollars.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! front desk was the worse and all the websites we found said 18 minimum check in. Me and my boyfriend are 20 and legit we couldn’t check in and we were stranded in alabama with no where to go and also said we could refund then they say we had to refund 24 hours before so i lost 350 dollars and still had to figure out somewhere else to stay.
