Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE. My wife and I have been here for 3 years (this is our last). Constant issues. Air bnb neighbors loudly partying at all hours of the night. Elevators rarely work. The laminate flooring is peeling off the ground. My parking spot is literally covered in dead fleas. Rent increases by several $100's each year. Weed smells every single night! it is already out of control. I just lived 3 month and paid 2 month rent fee for early termination lease then finally escape from the nightmare. Also they charge me couple month of pet charge even though I never ever have pet in my life. This is disaster!
Can’t count the number of fello-residents that I’ve spoken to that have had their car broken into. The leasing office won’t increase security or install camera even though we pay a fee monthly to park in the garage. A report to the office doesn’t do anything so don’t waste your time living here. Simple asks like increasing security so I feel safe in my home aren’t heard.
Epic disaster on an unparalleled scale. For several months, ongoing loud noise has made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Despite NUMEROUS requests to get this fixed, they have been unable to do so. Never have I lived in a building with such grotesque incompetence and poor customer service. Quite frankly, I have no idea how these people have jobs.
