They were very polite. They were able to get our dog in for surgery in less than a week.
LOVE the doctors and staff at West Suburban 🥰 They take such good care of my three fur babies: Max, Roxy & Sophie. While the wait times are longer than usual during these crazy times, their attention to detail and the care for my pups has not changed one bit. Special thanks to Dr Gust and Dr Morman for taking care of Max while he was battling pancreatitis ❤️🐾 Also - the front desk girls ROCK 😉

We are so happy with the out come of our boys TPLO surgery, super nice staff and vets.
Love everything about this place! So loving and caring toward your babies and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Glad we found such a wonderful veterinary office.

We have been so happy with all the care our pets have received here - they are always nice and explain any situations to us fully. And even when the saddest day came and we had to say goodbye to one of our furry family members, they were caring and respectful throughout the entire visit.
They are very caring. Give great care to your pets. The way each individual handles your pet, you know they love their job, what they do and every animal that walks in the door.
