Dr Thompson and his staff were very attentive to my dog's needs. They even personally followed up the day after surgery. I am very happy with the care my pet received and glad I made the drive from Adrian, Michigan. Thank you
I have definitely made my rounds with animal clinics for my 2 dogs and have had very bad experiences. I lived in Sylvania at the time and thought I would try 1 more time. And so I ended up at West Suburban and I knew from the second I walked in the door that this was the right place for us. They treat my dogs just like they are their own. I now live near downtown and still travel all the way to Sylvania. It is a great feeling to know that these veterinarians are in it for the animals well being and not the $$.
This place is great. I was recommended here by my vet after out dog blew out both knees. Dr. Thompson and staff are superb! Everything was explained to us about what was going to happen and sent us home with detailed instructions on what to do and what to expect. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for taking excellent care of our Macy.
Hands down, THE BEST place around. Only place I'll recommend. Very compassionate abd knowledgeable.
