This pet hospital delivered an excellent first impression to both myself and Rosco. They were able to manage to fit Rosco in a tight schedule on the first day I called. He was appropriately treat for a hot spot on the side of his face in a convienent time period! I highly recommend this pet hospital to anyone looking for quality pet care!!!
The experience we had with our puppy Ellie was wonderful. The staff greeted Ellie as if she were their own dog. Petting on her and loving her, this was something we didn't receive at our past veterinarian's office. As we waited for our appointment, we watched as each room was cleaned and sanitized between patients. The staff's attention to cleanliness and the environment for our pet was awesome. Yesterday was my first visit with my dog. I switched to West Suburban Animal Hospital after wanting a change. I cannot say enough about the staff and doctor. Very satisfied, on how my dog was taken care of and treated. The care and pricing we're top notch. Extremely happy for the change, such a positive experience. �
There are no words they took care of my baby scrappy till the very end including taking time out to talk to me they really care i appreciate everything you guys have done i recently had to put scrappy to rest for cancer they sent me a card everyone signed it they didn't have to do that but they did because they care thank you so much
