RecommendedAlthough I wasn't staying there I certainly feel confident recommending it. The amenities were very good. The staff are also friendly and the service was excellent. We very much enjoyed the lunch that we had in their patio.
Bed mites, fridge didn’t work , dirty comforter, trash in the pool. I had a great experience at the spa but unfortunately broke out in a burning facial rash now . I spent $258 for a facial and product .We wasted an entire day.😓. Reporting this to the health department. Totally unacceptable.

We loved this resort!!! The service, rooms and food were amazing. I have never slept so good at any hotel. Beautiful, serene place🥰
The getaway was far from “perfect”, considering the $ we spent. No early check in (despite me being a Hilton Honors member and specifically requesting one). People at front desk were hectic and rude. We were given the wrong room (I specifically selected a suite with a patio using the app, and had to argue for one with a couch, no patio (?!)). The air conditioner was extremely loud.
