I had an unsatisfactory experience today with Dr. Summer. I came in as a new patient today, a patient who was uninformed but still eager to learn what options could support me. From my perspective, my oversight in including occurrences in my medical history from 16 and 9 years ago triggered a turn in Dr. Summer’s customer service.
