Very, very unprofessional. I went to the express location in Las Vegas and was told to come in the following day at noon. I came in and the sign on the door says that it was open but the door was locked and the store was clearly closed. The only days they're closed on is Tuesday's and I went on a Saturday. I have been calling nonstop all day and no one has answered or returned my calls. I even commented on the instagram site and nothing. I am new to this city and am very disappointed with this terrible service.

Beautiful extablishment, however they email me a quote for one price and when I got there it was way more. Went in on a Sunday and they schedule 3 people for 10 o'clock appointments with only one stylist....a waist of time and gas. I just walked out. I firmly believe in supporting black owned businesses but we gotta do better.
