We stayed in the "pet room". It's VERY dated. There's a 19 in tube tv that makes an annoying sound when on. I don't think anything in this room has been updated since the 80s. We were disappointed.
I loved the view, the food and the room. I did not like the fact that there was no elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor - I had difficulty using the stairs.
View was gorgeous & rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious & the Tap Room Restaurant was very good too.
Extremely overpriced for a cheap motel room from the 70s. If you book and are in the main lodge it seems very nice but if they put you in the Fairway rooms it's a massive disappointment. Just went on a multi state trip and this was the most expensive room and by far the worst I can every remember staying in. Worn out room, 19 in tube TV, shower never got hot, AC never got cold. The staff was attentive but honestly they should be embarrassed by these rooms for the price.
From no AC to restaurant manager being rude to staff in front of customers. Great place! If you like wasting money. I hope there is a partial refund at checkout.
