We just stayed here last weekend for the first time. The rooms ceilings had stains, the doors had large gaps that let in noise & light at night, the carpet was old & stained...We were very dissatisfied with it. The only positive was the front desk staff. They were very kind. We won’t be back. 👎🏻

We loved it! Breakfast was amazing! Leigh was super friendly and nice! A little outdated but we loved it. Will be back!!!

We stayed here in May for a conference with my husband's company and we loved it! The room was very clean, all of the staff were awesome, and the breakfast was on point every morning. We're hoping to come back in the fall.

Good service. Rooms are very clean and had nice view of mountains and golf course. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious and clean.
Great view, great customer service, very clean. Restaurant was fantastic. So why 4 stars? The TV in the room was a CRT; so out of place for the quality of this place. And the kitchenette sink drain was very poor. Small issues, but keeps it from being perfect for me. Otherwise fantastic.
My room was in the historic part of the Waynesville Inn on the second floor. I was able to sleep with my windows open, so the fresh, cool mountain air filled my room. The windows were weighted...meaning they operated on a rope. I was thrilled with the historic aspect of the Inn. Several in our group were in the newer rooms, and commented how much they enjoyed their view. The staff members were extremely attentive, prompt and courteous.
