This was the second time playing this course and we really enjoy playing golf here. The course is short and is very senoir and women friendly. The only negative about the golf course is that they tend to overbook it the two times we have played here in November. We had to wait up to five minutes on each hole before teeing off but we did finish 18 holes in 3 hours and 50 minutes. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Look forward to playing here in the near future.
The North Carolina Society of Mayflower Descendants had their state meeting at the Inn. We appreciate the preparation for our members including going the extra mile for a member in a wheelchair. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Michele Fortin was great to work with and accommodating. We would come here again. Lovely scenery too.
It is clean, but the rooms and mattresses could use updating. The tv was from the late 80s or early 90s and the furniture the same. I know that everyone will never be happy with mattresses, but I couldn't wait to get home to my firm memory foam.

Great Inn with beautiful scenery, food and staff! Our only recommendation is beds need to. E replaced along with pillows. Food is excellent! TRout is fantastic! Beautiful golf course.
Reasonably priced. Comfortable, clean room. We had everything we needed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast buffet every morning with many choices is included in the room rate. No need to pay extra for a room with a better view, just take a nice walk and enjoy the landscape. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Second floor balcony is nice to use.
