My boyfriend recently took my car here to get cleaned inside and out. When we went to pick it up, my front left tire was completely flat. My boyfriend asked what had happened and they said we must have hit a nail, he asked them to at least fill the tire with air so we could take it to get fixed. After they filled it, we noticed they completely broke my extender and sensor off my tire. The Manager said it wasn't their fault and refused to pay for it. Went to Wash Works for the first time and was extremely impressed! Owners Vish and Amar personally greeted me and I was shown to their very comfortable waiting area while my car was getting cleaned. The staff did an excellent job and everyone was so kind and courteous. I will definitely go back again!
Just visited the new Wash Works Auto Spa and with my wife's car and was extremely impressed with the customer service and quality of the work. Going back with my truck later today. We are so happy to have a full service car wash back in Sierra Vista! Highly Recommend.
