They did a beautiful job on my filthy Jeep and customer service is great too!
My 3 week old car was dusty and had pet hair in the carpets. In just a short time it is back to showroom clean for a very reasonable price! The only suggestion would be to post the prices up near the entrance to the vacuums instead of at the back of the business.
Grill and front of hood on my truck was still full of bugs. They took my trailer hitch ball out of the receiver and laid it on my back seat. They left the adapter sleeve in the receiver, luckily it was still there when I noticed and hadn't fallen out onto the street.
I had my vehicle washed and vaccumed on Sunday. They did an extremely poor job took my vehicle back through had them do what I paid for. The next day my phone charger was not working and I discovered a penny stuck in my 12v/ cigarette lighter. I went to talk to management to let them know what happened and they couldn't even give me an apology. I wasn't asking for anything. I just wanted to let them know what kind of employees theyre dealing with and who vandalized my vehicle.
Went in one time was great quick and painless. Only two cars ahead. Was in and out in 30 mins. Came back this week due to my last experience. Was there for OVER and hour. A hour and 15 mins. And the experience was horrible due to there was no sense of urgency to get my vehicle done. I have a long drive today and now I am behind. And it was the same amount of vehicles in front of me. GREAT SERVICE, Always professional and do a great job on whatever I get done (oil change, basic wash or a detail) highly recommend and the monthly membership is a MUST for the price!
