Wash works auto spa has damaged my Car and refuses to pay for the required repairs. The car wash employee pushed the rear backup camera of my car up into the bumper making its use impossible. They now refuse to pay the cost to have the bumper removed and the camera remounted. For this car it will cost anywhere from $300 to $500. Please post everywhere for me. We need to stop using such a terrible establishment in Sierra Vista.
I met the Owner and GM today, while getting a full service wash. They proved far and beyond to me that they take great pride in this operation. I am greatfull that business like this exist in Sierra Vista! I have been and will remain a loyal customer to the wash works. 🚘
I went to a carwash over by Walmart an it scratched my driver side door so bad...I was so upset an disappointed that a large chain like this did this to my new truck...on my way home I stopped at Wash Works explained what happened an this gentlemen came over looked at my truck told me he could fix it just stop by at 4...I showed up at 4,went through the carwash with fingers crossed hoping it wouldn't happen again...it Didnt,he had me back my truck in a bay an he spent almost a hour buffing my truck At NO COST ....HE Is one o... read more
The friendliest people who were willing to let me wash my dog and her crate off!! They connected a hose for me and were willing to do everything for me. Five stars for wash works!

Christopher @ Wash Works Auto Spa = patient, professional, model employee. I was vacuuming a shuttle van and hear this customer screaming at the top of his lungs, pointing in Christopher’s face repeatedly for what seemed like 10mins!
