Beyond poor! The owner hires people at $7.25 per hour, he counts tips and distributes to the 2 week paycheck, we can only hope he can count! You are given a "working" interview on a given day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00. If he likes you you are hired, if not you leave WITH OUT getting paid ( great deal for owner only). Please also remember if or when you drive in to get your vehicle cleaned the employees can then clock in, otherwise the need to be clocked. Sorry Sir this is America!!!
Very good car wash. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The issue cam when I tried to cancel a membership. I paid three additional months after cancelling. I was credited back a majority of the third month, but could not be helped otherwise. When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied. Front office help is very rude. Jadiya Amin cancelled my membership on 4/1/17 and was extremely nice and helpful, but apparently it did not take. Best full service car wash I've ever gone to! Their attention to detail is even higher than mine.. and I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) when it comes to my vehicle’s cleaning! I'll be going back again and again.......
My new truck needed TLC after a weekend of horses. It is large and I wasn't sure where to take it. I remembered reading in the newspaper about this new locally owned auto spa so decided to try it. I'm glad I did, as the customer service is superb and my truck is back to beautiful!!
