My Husband and I came in yesterday for the first time, we loved our doctor and Dalia provided exceptional customer service.she when over our benefits, gave us the best options, and made us feel at home. She didn't rush us, helped us try on many different glasses and when over everything in detail. My daughter and I have been patients for 4 years. Dr Juarez is the best eye Dr we have ever had! He is kind and takes the time to really work out what's best. My daughter's vision problems are quite tricky so getting her prescription correct takes a bit longer. Dr. Juarez always gives his complete attention and takes that necessary extra time to get it right.
Excellent customer service. I have been going here for over 8yrs. Wide range of eye glasses to choose from and the text message reminders for appointments are great. Once you go to this place you wont go back to your old place.
It's great to see the growth and involvement from Dr. Juarez since he took over.
Dr. Juarez and his staff are the best I've ever experienced for eye care. I could not ask for a more caring doctor. I had an emergency one night, and he came in personally to open the office and take care of me himself. I will trust no other doctor with my eyes. In fact, we moved to Prescott over a year ago and we will always make the commute to see Dr. Juarez; he's my eye doctor for life!
