I moved to Phoenix in 2013, being a glaucoma patient I immediately looked for a reputable vision center, Dr. Juarez has been my Dr. since then and I couldn't be happier, their offices and equipment are modern and clean, big difference from my former doctor in Colorado
Horrible Horrible Horrible... was told my apt was for contacts and when i get there they wanted me to come back and pay additional $55 for a contact exam and then took over 6 weeks for them to even order them.. after I called them 3 times...manger never returned my call... very poor customer service.. also called me to correct my timing because I am upset and had I not kept calling I feel would have never been corrected
I've been a patient of Dr. Juarez since 2009 and I've always have a great experience coming to this place. You walk in to the front desk and you're greeted with a friendly receptionist/s who is promt to attend to your needs, be it for the reason of your visit or in the glasses dept. I would highly recommend Dr. Juarez to anyone who needs to see an eye Doctor.He is caring and very knowledgeable eye Doctor .I'm givng him 5 stars because that's who he is, one of the top Doctor in Arizona.

Love this office, I've been coming here for years and I love it. The doctors and staff are amazing.
I have been going to Dr. Juarez since he took over the practice from my prior Dr. I have never had a bad experience in all that time. Dr. Juarez is very knowledgeable and has taken the time to make sure my cataracts are corrected when they should be. Everyone at The Vision Center has been very polite and personable during my appointments.
