what a nice experience – well i went to get my hair done at this salon and aside from the super friendly staff the work was great . i would highly reccomend trying this place out you wont be dissapointed
Worst "Hair Experience" – I had my hair shampooed by a nice girl and mentioned that I would need conditioner because my hair tangles. When I sat in the chair for the cut ,the stylist lifted up a tangled mass and looked with a disgusted look and dropped my hair with a scowl. The poor shampooer looked frightened and explained that she had used conditioner, but the woman made her comb it out anyway. great place - sincere staff – I get my hair cut by Vince - the owner himself - and he is great. The cuts are wonderful and he is such a nice guy. The prices are reasonable as far as NY goes and the staff is super friendly and accomodating. To boot, they offer wine whilst you get your hair cut or colored. what more could you ask for?
i hated my experience – over priced for a neighborhood salon with average work I was rushed out of the chair so my stylist could take another client for those prices I wouldve expected better service I will not be going back to this place anytime soon
