Vince I hope you read this – Vince is an extremely nice, profession man who does everything to make the customer happy, no questions asked. Unfortunately that is where it ends, the staff walk around like mopes... if you have used a sr stylist and then opt for a jr the you will get a lot of dirty looks. Had a blowout with a stylist and my hair looked like---yuck!!! in order for her to make it look decent she needed the flat iron- another $10. $55 for a blow out at the local wash and set, come on!!!! worst haircut ever – This place allowed me to pay $70 for the worst haircut of my life (and I am a guy). I was first treated rudely and then moved to my chair where the stylist behind me kept blowing her customers hair on me. Then I was shaved like lab rat, however my bangs were not cut. I look like a god damn fool. When I got home my wife had to take out the kitchen sissors and cut my hair to look managable for work on Monday. I have never felt so scammed in my life. Amazing Experience – I had my hair cut for my wedding; my hair cut was so great that all day at the wedding people was commenting my hair. My wife almost didn’t recognize me it was truly a great experience and all thanks to Vince Smith Hair Experience. Overpriced and Horrible Men's Cut – $70 for a men's haircut? Are you kidding? Overpriced. Also, today 10/24/09 I got the worst haircut I have had in a decade. With airfare to LA at $200 rounttrip, I will fly to Fantastic Sams in West Hollywood instead of going back to that horrible place. Do not go there unless you want to overpay to look like a dork for the next month.
Love My Hair – I really enjoyed my "Experience". The stylist I saw took great care of me. I have some hair issues (cowlicks and such) but she explained everything about what she was doing and made me feel really comfortable. I really love the cut and will definitely be returning for color!
talent! – excellent salon! i started going about 3 years ago.. from the minute you walk in and get greeted by an amazing receptionist, get your hair washed by fantastic hair washer(feels liek heaven).. and the talented stylists... makes you feel at home and you walk out feeling and looking great!!
Great Place Excellent Service – It is hard for me to trust anyone with my hair and when I walked in to the salon the environment was happy and professional. The service was great. The stylists knew what they were doing because I saw the face expressions on the people when they left and I just love one of the Junior stylists name Fatima. snobs that cant cut hair worth a @#$% – dont bother going, they will charge you up the rear and the senior stylist i paid extra for was snobby and treated me like i was dirt. i cant believe how unhappy i was with the service! never again!
