Jeremiah and Kathryn are awesome, kathryn took her time showing me around, detailed in her tours and very kind. These guys make me feel comfortable living here !
A lot better than it was before when it was Warren Coronado much better maintenance much better office staff a better class of residence no more crackheads LOL
Residents left with out hot water for 5 days and air conditioning out for over a week.( with no rent deduction.) Extremely rude staff.Staff never have straight forward answers and is severely under trained in customer service. Constantly having heat and cooling as well as bug issues. Renter beware.
