I used to live here before and after it became the Villa's. When our was the Warren's it was great. But since the Villa's service has tanked and half the staff is rude. I tried to get a receipt and the woman did not listen and got mad she had to print the receipt.
I love these apt very affordable. Great location. and wonderfull management! !!!������
I just moved in and I gotta say I love the area. The staff are nice and friendly. You'll always get a smile from em. Very pet friendly with pet potty areas in all the building complexs. Friendly neighbors for those I've met so far and hope to meet more. It has 2 nice pools. It's cozy. I love it.

Maintenance needs more attention at times and also the cooling system went out but it was fixed promptly. Roaches are also a big problem but other than that we've had our issues attended to with respect. Jeremiah has been an awesome landlord.
Would give 10 stars if i could,they didnt rob me for an application fee and I didnt have to wait 2 weeks for them to call me back to see if my application was approved,The management guy jeremiah is really cool and told me that day whether i got approved. And you cant beat the rent 550 with utilities included for a studio near the mall and pub and uptown shopping!
We just moved in and so far we have awesome neighbors! The walls are brick so you can't hear anything! Which is a huge plus! Parking is nice, don't have to fight for spaces! there's a pool to cool off with and nice green grass for our daughter to play in! Also staff in the office are so nice and I really enjoyed talking to both! Thanks!
Nice little complex to live in... Has its ups and its downs but that any place.... quite alright with my first choice in apartments. I would definately recommend this place to most
