worst place in albuquerque. don't waste your money.
Recommendedthe management and a good variety of neighbors.
They could improve by not embeziling money. theres no security, and their front doors are made of card board for real. out of code!

A cesspool--high crime, no security, incompetent staff, negligent on grounds, maintaining basic apartment lighting/ plumbing, dog areas, and issues such as invasive pests. Taking advantage of Section 8 tenants. Thumbs down. Have not slept since arrived. Nothing but crime in parking lots, CSI and police here several times a week. Domestic violence daily.
Just moved in, and loving it. The place I have is one bed room, cute small fridge and small stove. Perfect for a small apartment.
I just moved into the villas at uptown and so far so good! The place is under new management and they seem to do a great job. It is a very quiet place with very nice people. I would definitely recommend this place.
