Verified Renter Love my unit! I'm a returning resident. I really like it over here, so far so good. My area is clean, my neighbors are quiet. I had one issue when I first moved in with the handle on the freezer, maintenance came right away and repaired it.

Verified Renter Well..tbh- no cameras, back gate to the park is always open & someone keeps shoving a stick in the gate hole so the gate door won't lock, the front gate by the office is always breaking so it's continuously left open, I highly doubt they keep track of guests parking in the community so I normally have to park further from my building, my car got broken into and there's no video evidence to show who did it. I am looking into other living arrangements. I pay too much to put up with this.
