This is one of the best facilities I’ve seen
I do not have a word that would describes the pathetic care this facility provided. My Dad was sent to their skilled nursing unit for rehab after recovering from pneumonia and a kidney infection. He was in better health when he left the hospital than when he left The Villages. There were days when not one person came in his room other than medication distribution and delivery of meals. Yet, they still billed for physical therapy...everyday. He never received the 1 hour per day of therapy that he was sent there for. For the m... read more
RecommendedI am very happy here, received meds on time and very good care. Have been to serveral other skilled nursing facilities and did not receive same personal care. Would recommend to any one that needs skilled nursing care. Ray Cate
After a VERY severe car accident my mother was given back her life by a fantastic rehibiliation expert and fine staff. I don't care what you say, this place is where you find peace and restoration!
I spent most of 2 weeks here with my mother in law. It has been one of the best experiences I have had. everyone has been very caring, helpful, gentle and pleasant. This includes nurses, aides, housekeepers, kitchen workers and staff. It was wonderful! Thank you ALL very much! ❤😇💎🌺💜
I give it zero stars. Poor nursing care/knowledge. Had family member in after a stroke. They did not recognize she had another stroke-even tho she had significant new neuro deficits. I was told by the assistant nursing director that she didn’t know if they would do anything in the ER when I said I wanted her taken to the ER for an eval. They had not called the family either. No one seemed to know anything about her. The nurse that was supposed to be taking care of her couldn’t answer any questions. Acted like she was too bus... read more
This is the worst place to put a LOVED ONE THERAPY IS AWESOME!!!! SOME NURSE ARE AWESOME BUT IT HAS NO HOUSE KEEPING AFTER 4 PM. AT THIS TIME THAT ALL I CAN POST RATING 2.8 AND $3000.00 - $4000.00 & SOME EMPLOYEES OUT RIGHT RUDE !!!!PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!
In a final blaze of incompetence, we are still waiting on the physician to sign the death certificate from AUGUST. Oklahoma law is specific - this must be done within 3 days. Shame on you.
