This is the worst complex ever. They are try to scam there way into customers pockets. A few months ago I posted a review about my unit in which that’s when they decided to take action in order for things to be rectified, or so I thought. They dismissed my complaint and decided not to comply with the lease rules that THEY made. Thank you, Ben! Ben called, left a message and texted me to see if I was available for him to come and look at the dishwasher. I appreciated the voice mail and text as I do not answer calls that I don’t recognize. We set a time for him to come by and he showed up on time. He was polite and considerate of my things and my time. He couldn’t fix the dishwasher but was back within a few minutes to replace it with a new one.
He was nice and fast.
I put in my work order on a Sunday and on Monday all of my issues and concerns were repaired and adjusted. The maintenance person was very knowledgeable and knew what to do to repair my issues.
