I never ever lived here to have an “outstanding balance”. This neighborhood and management are scammers and I am glad I did NOT sign any lease here! I read the reviews and automatically knew these apartments were a bit shady and even though I didn’t move over here or send over my proof of income I’m still being charged a move out fee from a unit I never resided in. My mother and I had a wonderful experience! My sister girlfriend lives in the complex and she told me about the vacancy next door to her. Brittany’s help was amazing! She was so thoughtful and thorough in her knowledge and presentation of the property. My mother is a native of Raleigh and will be moving back to the area from Connecticut. My mother was very pleased with what she saw and just loved it!
