Very clean, friendly atmosphere
I am a previous tenant. I chilled there for over 3 years. I loved living there in this apartment complex, the building was great. I didn’t really have any issues except for some maintenance stuff - but that was all resolved in a timely manner. Management staff were cool, very helpful.
The property manager and maintenance are always helpful. They respond to any requests or call backs. I enjoy living in this area.
Wonderful place to move into, better than Raintree for sure, much more space
Our move from Raleigh, NC, to Buffalo, NY, was a huge transition, but Georgianna at Villages at Fairways is one of the people who went above and beyond for my husband and I in our journey back to Buffalo, our home town. We are forever grateful to her for that.
