Ive attended dbt groups and individual sessions with Dr. Webb. I was so impressed! Ive had alot of dbt and Dr. Webb was the absolute best hands down. Her knowledge and teaching methods were unsurpassed. I finally understood and could practice the skills, with intention and direction. They became tools I use everyday.
