Everyone has been so welcoming, and the frequent community events are fantastic! Location is great, and amenities are unparalleled. Lots of security too, which is much appreciated.

I have always felt very safe here, even out walking my dog late at night. The security patrol makes regular rounds. Also, my neighbors are so nice and friendly. This is a great place to live!
