Terrible customer service. Once you spend the money, you are of no value to them. My engagement ring lost 3 diamonds right after they sized it. Cynthia was not very friendly about it at all, claiming it definitely wasn't their fault; however finally agreed to replace them. They "fixed" my ring by replacing the lost stones with smaller, cracked ones, shoving the large prongs down on top of the small stone. It looks horrible!! Your Engagement Ring was not purchased from The Village Jeweler and therefore does not carry The Village Jeweler Guarantee. When the ring was brought in with the small side diamonds missing three months after sizing it, we replaced the diamonds at No Charge. I find the recent review from Bob very interesting because my experience at the Village Jeweler has been exceptional. They go above and beyond customer service satisfaction and their jewelry is competitively priced. Too bad your unfortunate circumstances have left you sour.
Everyone at The Village Jeweler has been so friendly and helpful every time I've gone in. I especially love that they carry beautiful, affordable pieces.
