RecommendedI Needed the batteries replaced in this watch took it to the first place they couldn't get the backing off. Went to another jeweler they got the backing off but then couldn't put it back on. Then I went to The Village Jeweler, they put the backing on with in minutes very friendly I will be back, highly recommend

The Village Jeweler has the best atmosphere of any jewelry store I've ever been to. The staff is beyond welcoming and make you feel like you're a part of the family. Harrison the jeweler does incredible and fast repair work. I highly recommend them.

Super friendly folks with big hearts for great customer service! My husband and I temporarily relocated to Gainesville while he undergoes medical treatment. We stopped in to have a medical alert bracelet shortened, which they did on the spot. While there we found out about the jewelry repairs done on site. We will be back to have my grandmother's antique ring repaired. Best of all, they are dog lovers!
