RecommendedAvalon has been my home for almost 10 years! I love it here! The amenities are amazing! The community is great, I love the surrounding area of it! - The location is perfect, it's close to EVERTHING! - ESPECIALLY the beach area! I have no complaints at all!

The staff is amazing here! The office team is incredibly accommodating and on top of everything. The maintenance staff is superb - quick to fix any issue, as small as it may be. I always enjoy visiting with the office team when a package arrives. Kerry, Marie and Jerry are phenomenal!!! Always smiling and super helpful! Come on by!
