Renters BEWARE!! I would never recommend Bender Properties! Getting a response from the company is ridiculous. They will also steal your deposit money for unjustified or unethical reasons, no matter how spotless the unit was left. Jill Madsen (listed as the “President”) has been emailed on 3 separate occasions with absolutely no response. HORRIBLE service. Would NEVER recommend!
I’ve lived here for over two years now and I love it! The apartment manager is so nice and helpful. The kitchens are gorgeous, decks are big, and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The best complex I’ve lived at in Sioux Falls! Plus they are pet friendly!
Love this place and Lindsey is so great to work with! Would recommend to anyone, very affordable!
I have been living here for about 7 months and most of it is quite nice. The kitchens are decent sized and there are some nice amenities (workout room that is better than most apartments and pool). It is noisier than my last apartment but it is an apartment so noise is expected. Really take some time to check out the windows though. My roommate and I both have very drafty windows. When we put in a maintenance request they checked it but just told us the windows are expected to be drafty. This could just be our unlucky room b... read more
Haven't moved in yet but our app is getting ran threw and they will hold till August for us. Really happy with her price and everything it has to offer apartments are great and really nice sized.
Great apartments at a great price. Upscale finishes and many amenities you don't see other places. The pictures look great but don't do it justice--go see it in person. Located in a very nice residential area that's also close enough to 41st street.
