RecommendedMy experience with the management and maintenance team have been great in the time I've lived here. Devon was especially helpful during the move in process and since then, he, Maddie, and Isaac have continued to be helpful with any requests or questions I've had! Notice for maintenance in the buildings have been communicated in advance and they are always friendly anytime they need to enter the apartment.

Been living here for 6 months and love it. Friendly staff and always respond to any questions I have in a timely manner. Weight room is always clean and never has a stank smell. My favorite place is the theater room. Its always available!!!

We just recently moved into our new apartment here and we absolutely love it! Getting our application in and touring the property was a breeze. Devon was so welcoming and willing to answer any questions. With the high quality of the apartments along with all the amenities that are included- rent here is more than reasonable. It is in an area that is secluded enough to be quiet but still close to shopping centers and restaurants. We look forward to continue being here and calling this our home!!

I lived in these apartments for 2.5 years and really enjoyed my time here. Never had any issues, and the staff was extremely helpful even on weekends and holidays. Definitely recommend!

The management and maintenance team who run the apartments are amazing! Devon was so helpful and went above and beyond with helping us find someone to take over our lease as we bought a house. He made the transition very smooth and would highly recommend working with him! Not to mention they love dogs here and have a pool and many other reasons to keep this place in mind! Thank you guys!
We leased a furnished apartment through AirBnB at The Village at Three Fountains after selling our home. The premises has been convenient, the workout gym a plus, easy garage to apartment access, and the staff very accommodating at all hours all days of the week. The premises is pet friendly which was a plus for our two dogs. There is garbage cans with doggy bags and a fenced in area for play time. This made our transition moving from our home comfortable until we moved into our new home.
Wonderful place to live!! Everyone is helpful and easy to work with. Reasonably priced with many amenities!!
