I love living here! My apartment is beautiful and it's no longer "just an apartment," it's my home. I love coming home everyday and couldn't have imagined being anywhere else. If I wasn't getting a house, I would've definitely resigned. Will miss it when I'm gone but excited for the next person to enjoy it as much as I have.
I have loved living at the Village at Science Drive for the past 3 years! After living on campus in the dorms my first year at UCF this was the perfect first apartment to move into. Having a free shuttle to campus, and newly renovated apartments makes it ideal for college students. The neighborhood is also great, and the people at the office are very friendly. I'm sad to be moving out this year, but would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment close to UCF!
I live in a 4-BR/4BA apartment at the Village at Science Drive. The Village just renovated all the apartments with new wooden floors, oven/stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom sinks. We just got new electronic locks, which is better than changing keys every semester. We are going to get new beds and cabinets for clothes. Picking science drive has been the best decision so far and I am so happy here! Love the layout of the apartments and everything is very spacious. The apartments are even better than before due to the recent renovations, highly recommend living here!
The front office has always been very helpful and accommodating to my needs!
worst place to live at! worst staff ever too! they also make don't stop calling you 5 months after you move out to pay for stuff that you didn't even do.
They will over charge your student for monthly electricity and the move out fees are horrendous! Stay away. I reported them to Better Business Bureau, and they have not received a response from the villages.
