We moved our daughter out over the summer. Rent paid on time for 4 years. On move in day the apartment was Filthy. Her bedroom door broken the room very filthy. We had to go to Home Depot to buy parts to repair the bedroom door and make it safe. My husband did the repairs. We spent over 8 hours cleaning the room and common areas. This is my first year living at science drive and I absolutely love it! I lived at uhouse last year and didn’t like it at all. Village feels so much more homey. Since the renovations happened it’s so pretty. And the rooms are huge!!! Don’t even get me started on the closets, people are amazed when they see mine. 10/10 would recommend
I love living here! The renovations done within the complex are amazing and the office staff is very nice! Work orders are always done within a timely manner, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I'm very happy I made the decision to live here! It was everything I wanted in an apartment complex from size of the rooms to amenities and more. With the new renovations our apartment is so nice and especially for the price. I already renewed my lease and I'm so glad I did!
I've lived at The Village at Science drive for two years and just last year they renovated all of their apartments and I love it! All new appliances with wood flooring throughout and quarts countertops. Also the staff is very attentive and helpful.
I love living at science drive! It is my second year here. The location couldn’t be better & the staff in the office is great.
